Sikkim police recruitment 2014 has announced recently and there is total 580 number of vacancy available for GD constable and driver posts. The police department is going to recruit some talented candidates for the posts including GD constable, Constable Driver, Constable (Technical) and followers.

Educational Qualification:

• Aspirants must have passed the matriculation from any recognized board for GD constable and constable driver posts.
• Moreover, for the constable (technical) post they must have passed 12th standard from reputed board.
• For the followers post they have passed 12th class.

Age Limit:-

Candidate’s age should be between 18 to 22 years as on 1st march 2014. Age relaxation will be provided according to government rules.

Physical Measurement:
For all posts there is a fix measurements that are necessary if you want apply.
Height–minimum 5’3’’ for male and 5’for female
Chest–minimum 32’’ with minimum 3’’expansion for male
Weight–minimum 50 kgs for male and 45 kgs for female

Selection will be done on the basis of written exam, physical efficiency test, and physical measurement test.
