WWW.ICICIcareers.com - ICICI Bank has invited application for recruitment of Bank PO (Probationary Officer). This is not recruitment exam but it’s a new recruitment course offered by ICICI Bank, which is called Probationary Officer Training Programme.
In this programme, candidates have to go through the selection test, if they got selected, they have to attend 7 month of intensive residential classroom training and 5 months of internship(first internship will be for 2 months and second internship will be for 3 months) with a stipend.
Who can apply for ICICI Probationary Officer Training Programme?
Candidates who have done Graduation with 55% can apply for this programme. ICICI bank will take you to next step of recruitment after you clear eligibility test.
How selection for Probationary Officer Training Programme will do?
Candidates who are eligible have to give following round of selections;
1. Online aptitude test,
2. Online Psychometric Assessment ,
3. Group discussion round
4. Personal interview,
5. Merit list of admission.
Application fees and Training Center:- The total fees is Rs. 3,37,080/- (Rs. 3,00,000/- + Applicable Service Tax) of Probationary Officer Training Programme. The Training Programme will be held in Bangalore or any other location in India as decided by ICICI Bank.
What position will be offered after completion of course?
On successful completion of the training and two internships, the Probationary Officers will be absorbed as Assistant Managers (Band I) in the Bank. The loan is to be repaid by Probationary Officers in equated monthly installment (EMI) after joining the Bank.
