HOW TO APPLY for IBPS Clerk 2014?

HOW TO APPLY for IBPS Clerk 2014?

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection gradly invites all the eligible applicants for the post of Clerical Vacancies. The candidates apply in the participating organisation by filling form for the exam to be conducted in December 2014 for the year 2014-2015. IBPS conduct (CWE) Common Written Examination in December 2014 to choose the best candidate for the same post. The IBPS conduct examination, declare results of the same and shortlist the selected candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate applying for the job of IBPS Clerk must be one of the following:-

A citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan. He can even be a person of Indian origin who has migrated from some other country with the motive of a permanent settler in India.

A candidate applying for the post of IBPS Clerk must be a graduate from a recognised University. The aspirant should possess his marksheet, degree certificate about his graduation with the percentage attained before applying online. A candidate who is proficient in the official language of state or UT is usually given the preference.

A candidate age limit to apply for the same should be between 20 to 28 years. The fee structure to apply for the exam is Rs 100 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs600 for all other candidates.

Procedure

Those aspirants who consider themselves eligible on the basis of above information has the complete right to apply for the same. For the year 2014, candidates can submit their online applications from 12th August, 2014 to 1st September 2014 on the basis of provided links on the site of IBPS. It is advised to fill the form at the official website of IBPS only. 

The procedure basically includes registration by the applicant, payment of fee, e-application form, and submission of the page. The modes of payment include online as well as offline. Also, candidates should get a hard copy of the the generated online application after three days of the payment of fees. Make sure to remember your Registration ID and Password for future purpose. The online and offline closing of dates for payment of fees are 1st September 2014, and 3rd September 2014 respectively.

Procedure of Selection

The candidates are usually selected on the basis of the Common Written Examination followed by an Interview. The candidates clearing the written examination are called for an interview. Those succeeding in the interview are further provided with appointment letters.
